Refund Policy

Sophia McIntosh Art partners with Artelo to produce prints on demand. Because items are made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • ordering the wrong item
  • minor variations in color due to screen settings or print processes

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• clear photos of the packaging (including any visible damage)

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund (at our discretion, depending on the issue and availability).

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us and we will assist where possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
