These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sophia McIntosh Art website and store (the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Sophia McIntosh Art (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells original artwork and print products through this online store.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.

We offer fine art prints produced on demand through a fulfillment partner (Artelo).

Product images are for display purposes. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and print processes.

We may update, change, or discontinue products at any time.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Where applicable, taxes may be calculated and added at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation and payment is successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel any order in our discretion, including for suspected fraud or misuse.

Print orders are produced and shipped through Artelo. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or weather.

Because most products are made to order, orders may not be cancellable or editable once production begins.

If you need to correct an address or order detail, contact us immediately at shannonbmci@gmail.com. We will try to assist where possible, but changes are not guaranteed once processing starts.

Due to the made-to-order nature of print products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

All artwork, images, designs, text, and content on this store are owned by Sophia McIntosh Art (or licensed to us) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without written permission.

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sophia McIntosh Art will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sophia McIntosh Art operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
