Sophia McIntosh Art partners with Artelo to produce and ship prints on demand. Delivery time includes production time + shipping/transit time.
Processing / Production Time (Artelo)
All orders are produced within 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete.

• Production: 1–3 business days
• Shipping/Transit: 2–3 days
• Total estimated turnaround: ~3–6 business days
🇨🇦 Canada
• Production: 1–3 business days
• Shipping/Transit: 3–5 days
• Total estimated turnaround: ~4–8 business days
🇪🇺 Europe
• Production: 1–3 business days
• Shipping/Transit: 5–8 days
• Total estimated turnaround: ~6–11 business days
🌍 Other Global Regions (including the Caribbean, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania)

Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sophia@sophiamcintosh.art with:
• your order number, and
• clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.
