Artist’s Note
I love babies, both animal and human. They way they look, yes, but also the how they exist in the world. They are always fully present and open. They notice without judgment and meet everyone and everything with curiosity.
It’s impossible not to feel it in return. Being around a baby reminds you of what it's like to experience something for the first time. I think purity can be accessable to all of us, throughout every stage of life, not just childhood.
