Beyond the Frame…

Our thoughts, our biology, and the natural world are intertwined in ways we are only beginning to grasp. Every interaction with the world around us leaves a mark, shaping the essence of who we are. One of the most profound ideas I return to is the biological reality of our DNA: the same four base pairs that write the story of a human also write the story of a butterfly, a bee, or a branch.

As I rendered this piece, I wanted to show that code in motion—transforming the cold structure of a double helix into a living trellis. Drawing the intricate scales of the butterfly's wing and the delicate legs of the bees was an exercise in gratitude for curiosity itself. This piece is for those who find meaning in the wonder of being part of something far larger than ourselves—a single, magnificent script shared by all of life.
